When enquiring about specific training programmes, please include your organisation name, approximate number of participants, and preferred timeframe. This allows us to provide accurate availability and pricing information.
We develop bespoke programmes for organisations with specific requirements not addressed by our standard offerings. Initial consultation is provided at no charge to assess whether tailored training represents the appropriate solution.
Training can be delivered at our Bristol facility, at your premises, or at neutral venues across the UK. Each option has distinct advantages depending on participant numbers and logistical considerations.
Reduced per-person rates apply for organisations registering five or more participants for the same programme. Contact us for specific pricing based on your group size.
Standard payment terms are 30 days from invoice date. Alternative arrangements can be discussed for larger engagements or multiple programme bookings.
Full refunds are provided for cancellations received more than 14 days before the scheduled start date. Cancellations within 14 days incur a 50% fee. Rescheduling is available at no charge with at least seven days notice.
